About Shipping
All products are shipped by a specialized delivery service. Shipping fees are calculated at the time of purchase. Products will be shipped within 7 business days after confirming the completion of the payment process. For details, please check "About Shipping Fees" below.
【Regarding Delivery Date and Time Specification】
You can specify a delivery date and time that is at least 7 days after the order date. However, we may not be able to accept date and time specifications for certain areas such as remote islands. Additionally, delivery may be delayed due to delivery area, traffic, weather, and other reasons. Please understand.
We cannot accept specific delivery time requests. We will contact you once the delivery date is confirmed.
【Regarding Cancellations After Shipment】
In principle, we do not accept cancellations after shipment.

Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
