For products sold on this website, we generally do not accept returns or cancellations after the payment process is complete. However, if the delivered product is damaged or defective, please contact us via email within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • The cost of return shipping and arrangements is the customer’s responsibility.
  • No return handling fees will be charged.
